Have you tried contacting the police station through your travel agent (If you had one.) or phoning the Hotel.
You don,t get a lot of satisfaction at Kuta Police Station do you?
My husband and I went through a shocking ordeal several years ago over in Bali, and I know how difficult Insurance companies can be.
