Stayed there Sept last year and would not do it again. Nice hotel, handy to Kuta, but beware when they say "Family Friendly" they mean it. Had an overload of kids who even though there was a childrens pool, they completely comandeered the main pool for what seemed like 24 hrs a day. We stayed in 3 locations and this was the worst, however I am sure it is ideal if you have noisy kids that you want to let run wild while you ignore them.
