This is a small family run business that sells timeshares (on consignment) for people wishing to sell their timeshare.
They have many properties listed at cheaper prices because you are not paying a salesmans commision.
We went to a timeshare night and the property they were pushing was $20,000 2 bed. It was at this sight for half that.
Apparently you get a solicitor to check the papers (they send them to you I think. The details are on the Web page or if you Email them they will answer your questions.
It is interesting to look at to compare prices etc.
