Hello Monique,you'll find that much to do while you're there it sort of is pointless trying to organize anything while still at home.
Having said that I really enjoyed the day that a party of 4 of us booked a Mountain Bike tour that started up near Ubud,booked this at Matahari Dept Store in Kuta.You should maybe go through the search function and type in Mountain Bike.
What you should really do is go to Bali with the minimum amount of ideas of what to do.Just go with the flow.
You'll have a ball....
