Phil, I hapenned to buy some of the things you listed for my personal use & the stuff is not a typical-bulk quantity- Balinese traditional mill manufactured. I had some photos but haven't completed organizing it as I just returned last week, maybe it will be put on a web site in a week or so, look out for it. Anyway here are the shops contacts:
