I am aware of $99 visa flights from Jakarta, but will be rather surprised if anyone comes up with a legitimate price of less than $220 round trip inclusive of airport taxes.
Also be advised that if, through a planning error, you have overscheduled your stay that the overstay penalty is around US$20-25 per day, and Immigration can be very polite and helpful if you contact them at the beginning of your stay to arrange your overstay payment. If you are talking only 1-2 days this may be a better option, especially as it does not involve leaving Bali.
You are correct that Immigration used to be FEROCIOUS with overstayers, and would pretty much bus them off to jail for a day of attitude realignment, but there is a more humane and pragmatic approach now. ESPECIALLY if you work with them in advance...
