michele, i'm very interested in trying the vitamin b remedy, can you be a bit more specific on what to look for in the shops/pharmacy please? all the vit b bottles on the supermarket/chemist shelves are "pick me up's" loaded with other vitamins, not just vit b. do you ask the chemist for just vit b1? what strength and dosage do you get? thanks!
