Most of the day tours even with people like Perama start from 75000 rps so if there are at least two people it's probably the best way to go as someone has suggested and hire a driver for the day.
If you plan your day properly you could get good value for money in terms of what you see for the day.
The somewhat unkown factor is who you get as a driver.
Someone recently published a listing of a lot of drivers and some recommendations as to their level of service.
It may pay to have a look at this to get some idea of a suitable person.
