Patra Jasa has huge rooms and great staff. Not really walking distance to anything though. You can walk along the sea wall around 500 metres to the closest restaurant which is nice.Cab fare only (booking fee applies when leaving) 6000 - 7000 to Kuta. We used to cab it to All Stars nearly every day for Breakfast.
Did stay at Dynasty, staff not as friendly as Patra Jasa and Hotel not as nice but it is close to everything
