I have stayed at the Rosani in '99. It is very quiet the staff were lovely. Unfortunately I had my bag snatched (I let my guard down - my own fault!)in Melasti Street on that trip - the staff were embarassed and very sympathetic. Rosani is small although nice and clean it is not actually on JL Melasti you have to walk down a laneway to reach it about 500m this was not a problem. I think that $1500 is a reasonable price although prices from Darwin are cheaper.
