If you are flying from melbourne I think 5 hours is right but check with your air line as last time we got shafted with a stopover in Adelaide going to and from, this put an extra 1 1/2 hours on the trip 1hour on the ground,am going back later this year and booked with no stop over. (they wont tell you if you dont ask them)
You wont have any problems getting a taxi.
At the airport but let the porters get hold of you back,they will try to get you to tip in aus dollars $10 if they can,its not far to out side so beeter to carry your own,if you get stuck 5000rph only.
