Go see Haaris(?) who runs the Bali Cyber Cafe and is a regular poster on this forum. Great guy, full of good info, good internet access at 500 rup a min, very clean prems, beer very cold, Staff very friendly! Food good, is in Rum Jungle Road.
Also re taxi's, caught the light blue 'bali taxi's' never had a problem, they always put the meter on without asking. Cabs clean.
