When the travel companies 'buy' their accomodation packages it is costed in US$ (why I have no idea). Also the increase in the price of fuel...blah blah blah. With the high prices of vacations to USA and Europe maybe the travel companies thought to make more profit as Bali is still a budget destination.
I've been doing Bali for years now, and when it used to be a cheap vacation it seems to be on par to vacationing in AU...pity.
As for the visa comment from Allen, I'd like to know of his source of information. Is there something on Indo Visa www site?
