Airfare & cost of accom per night have both increased & therefore so have the packages. Not sure whether the visa has anything to do with it as I think they are still talking about imposing one, (but of a lesser amount.) July is also peak airfare & accom time in Bali so it's the most expensive time ( & Xmas/New Year)to go. Regards Mic
