ROH means just that. They will generally give you the best room available relative to your booking & subject to availability. You can email them at santika@denpasar.wasantara.net.id giving all your particulars including the wholesale travel agent & making your request for whatever style of room you require. They will generally look after you. The only way to guarantee your room is to pay extra (usually US$5 per night per room, which isn't bad really). However, we have never had a problem & never paid extra.
It's a great hotel & you will thoroughly enjoy yourself.
