I know what you mean, but this is Eastern vs. Western thinking. Personally, I think somewhere in between would be ideal. In the West we often indulge in excessive "venting" and could use a little self-control and in the East people can bottle it up to the verge of an ulcer. Maybe we can learn something from each other.
