Have been present at numerous teeth filings.Some do not feel a thing others hurt. If you have teeth problems, or old like me(if you join the Hindu Faith you have to have all the ceremonies going back to pre birth)it can be virtually symbolic, so that all your teeth don't drop out!The mental preparation and ceremony 'vibes'can be a painkiller in itself.
