Have stayed there twice with kids now 4 and 7.
Rooms are clean, a bit faded but HUGE compared to others at the same price.
Food is very expensive there so we ate out all the time. SA Cafe and Pantai on the beach are close by. We always took a shortcut via the beach and through the Holiday Inn next door.
The deluxe rooms are closer to pool and beach and have 2 TVs. Otherwise they are exactly the same in size as standard.
There are 2 pools - one for adults only.
The kids club is excellent and they were just finishing some new play equipment in January which looked like a lot of fun.
We are staying again in January. I have never been to the Dynasty but it seemed much more expensive for the bigger rooms than the Patra.
