No you do not need a six digit number for ATM just arrived home and used a 4 digit number with Commonwealth Bank Card. Driving is Ok in Bali rates are from 60,000 Rp for a Jimmy and 80,000 Rp for Feroza per day. No great need for malaria tablets been travelling there for over 10 years and never used them.
