Thanks Heinz, I will definitely come by and enjoy some of your cuisine. I have been to Bali before, some 10 years ago now, but am just taking a kind of 'working vacation' this time. I am a published author, "Street Food from Around the World" - Simon & Schuster, as well as a constant contributor to newspaper and various magazines. This trip will be one more of research, hopefully gathering enough pictures and information to make a 'pilot'. My interest is really in the street stalls or warungs and the 'culture'that surrounds them. With so many years in paradise, you must have developed quite a knowledge - any suggestions you have will be much appreciated.
