Greetings from the magic island of Bali.

I arrived here in Bali 10 years ago as executive chef to open the Grand Hyatt Bali. Since then I have written a book on the food of Bali. Three years ago we opened Bumbu Bali serving "only" Balinese cuisine.
Part of our restaurat activities are our Balinese cooking lessons, where we teach interested travelers the basics in Balinese cuisine.
Currantly we are finalising a lot of loose ends, before we start filming the basics on Balinese cuisine. We have engaged a Australian Camera men which will be with us for aproxmiatly six weeks.
