Yes, I actually have read your suggestion previously and have emailed Sueta, however I am also hoping to meet with some folks who are not involved in the tourist trade. I'm sure any contacts made will be invaluable.
The documentary is an 'idea'that I am hoping to make a preliminary pilot for to guage interest. I am a freelance writer, (contributor to Sydney Morning Herald, Elle, Vogue etc) and an author - "Street Food from Around the World" (published by Simon & Schuster). It is just myself at present with a little digital video camera.
