June is dry season and the weather is great and temps lower at night . You can definitely get a better price if you bargain in Bali but not sure about 5 star places as we never stay at them.
A suggestion for a couple of romantic days away for about $50US a night would be to stay at Coral View Villas at Lipah Bay, Amed. It's on the east coast of Bali and is very quiet and relaxing, great massages there and the pool area is very tropical. Also the restaurant on the edge of the beach is hard to take as well!
