Arriving Nov 5 for 3 weeks. Am very interested in hooking up with a student or someone with excellent English and a good knowledge of local foods to help me with a pilot shoot for a documentary. Any ideas? I can of course go to a guide - so if there any specific suggestions, please let me know - but my main interest is with someone who can help translate and approach hawkers and families involved in cooking/producing food.
Any other suggestions, (I'm really only interested in 'Street Food' and farming), please drop me a line.
