June is the start of the Euro and US holiday season so things are fairly busy in Bali all the way through to September. While certainly not the slowest time, there are always daels to be had, so have a look around the 'net, check your travel agent for package availability or e-mail properties direct and see what you are offered.
My choices for around $200 would be the Ritz Carlton at Jimbaran Bay, a beachside bungalow at the Novotel Tanjung Benoa or the Ibah in Ubud. All of these properties have web sites.
