I was house guest, so I am not absolutly sure how they manage the spa for outside guests. But I think there must be a solution, try it! Call the hotel (in Bali:Phone 701010) and make an appointment. When will you be in Bali and where will you stay? I hope you can enjoy the Spa, its great!! Annie
