There is a difference between the FORUM ADMINISTRATOR and us i.e. HBF/PVL staff. He is the technical guy who makes everything work, watches your language, and can ban posters etc.
WE just read the stuff and reply if nobody else gives a decent answer to important questions. Sure we are biased that we only recommend hotels and villas which we know are really good -- otherwise WE are the ones who have to handle your complaints whern you are here. And we don't like problems.
