I saw someone named Sue posted the above article on another forum. (I assume that is you, but maybe I'm wrong) I realize your intentions are the best, but shouldn't you get permission from the author before publishing their writing in a place they have not approved? Copywright infringement is no light matter, and if that is not a concern, good ethics and respect for the author should be. I am not trying to start trouble - I just know this article looked painstaking to write, and as a sometime-writer myself, I know it is a very real problem that people often don't seem to realize that people do have rights to control what they create, and just because they give permission for an article to be published one place (whether newspaper, web or wherever) does not mean the reader is free to republish it whole cloth elsewhere, even in a casual forum posting. It is generally considered very ethical to provide links (though given the history, I see why you would hesitate to do that), but to completely appropriate another's writing is another matter. If you did receive such permission, then I offer my very humble apologies. I also apologize if you are a completely different "Sue"!
