Try snorkeling to the left/east side of Padang Bai Bay. Beautiful mountains on shore, not any crowds of tourists, ride on painted fish like boat, 75,000 rupiah for 2, 2 hours. Clear pure blue silky water.
Padang Bai is a charming place to stay also. It in the country side. Sanur is flat and to the plain side. Not many trees.
