Totally agree, why eat mexican, McDonalds, KFC, Italian etc in Bali. The local cuisine combined with fresh seafood, Indonesian and chinese food should not be missed. The La Lucciola (and others)seems over rated, possibly the view is great but I have only heard from friends that the service is ordinary, the food in average and you can get more for your money at a local warung eating nasi campur.
Anyway, each to their own I suppose, but the roast suckling pig in Denpasar market is delicious. Unfortunatley I cant eat it any longer, it's not halal.......
