I flew Singapore Airlines from Vancouver to Singapore (Airbus A340) and was lucky enough to be seated in an exit row (row 46, I think). I am also tall at 191cm (6'3") and found the exit rows to be fabulous, unlike the regular seating which is quite tight for taller types. I was able to stretch my legs fully which allowed the 17 hours flight to be much more comfortable. As a side note I found Singapore Airlines to be one of the best airlines that I've flown.
