Visitors to Bali may well want to be extra cautious these days when exchanging currency at money changers. The following excerpt of an e-mail I just received from my expat business partner speaks for itself. Keep in mind that my partner speaks fluent Indonesian, is a rather large man, is married to a Balinese woman and in appearance, is obviously not a tourist. The point is, if he is having these experiences, what can a tourist expect?
